Deputy Restaurant Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Berkshire. As Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of service are delivered at all times. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel's brasserie-style restaurant, supporting the team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Person
The ideal Deputy Restaurant Manager will have:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment
- A solid background in 4 or 5‑star hotels or high‑end restaurants
- A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
