We are looking for a highly creative and organised Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our growing team, someone who is passionate about content creation, has a sharp eye for design and can confidently manage digital assets across platforms. This is a dual-role position combining content production (photo/video, social storytelling) with graphic design and website support. You will be producing engaging visuals for campaigns, managing our digital presence, updating the website and helping to shape how the CÉ LA VI brand is seen, felt and experienced, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media, events, campaigns and digital communications.
- Own the creation of UGC-style content and reels that align with CÉ LA VI’s visual identity and brand tone.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Write platform appropriate, engaging captions and social copy.
- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), including posting, scheduling and reporting.
- Engage daily with our community i.e. manage DMs, comments and proactively interact with key audiences, influencers and partners.
- Work closely with our digital agency on Meta and TikTok strategies to drive performance and awareness.
- Graphic Design & Brand Visuals
- Design marketing materials for digital and print: menus, posters, social media graphics, presentations, internal docs, etc.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, strictly following brand guidelines.
- Support in the development of creative campaigns, activations and stunts tied to key moments or seasonal launches.
- Manage the marketing content library, ensuring all assets are clearly filed and easy to access.
- Direct and manage small-scale photo and video shoots when needed.
- Oversee print production and quality control for marketing materials.
- Website & Digital Updates
- Maintain and regularly update website content including menus, event pages, imagery, press coverage, and key messaging.
- Liaise with developers or digital agency on technical updates, UX improvements, or bugs.
- Ensure the website is visually aligned with campaigns and reflects the latest offerings.
- Support with uploading new content in a timely and accurate manner.
- Optimise image sizing and layout to ensure fast load times and responsive design.
- Campaign Support & Strategic Input
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in rolling out integrated campaigns and special projects.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to inform campaign ideas and creative direction.
- Contribute quarterly ideas for creative activations or marketing moments – from social takeovers to experiential events.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Ops, Events) to deliver ad hoc creative requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar creative content, design or marketing role – ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and best practices.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Confident filming and editing content using both phone and camera.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Experience with web content management systems.
- Solid copywriting skills – short-form, on brand and engaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Photography portfolio or social content examples.
Desirable Qualifications & Additional Skills:
- Motion graphics / animation skills (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience managing relationships with photographers, printers, or creative freelancers.
