CÉ LA VI London is looking for a talented and driven Content Creator to join our in-house team. This role is all about storytelling through content – from concept to creation. You’ll be responsible for shooting, editing and producing engaging photo and video content across our digital platforms, working in tandem with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life in the most exciting and relevant ways.

You’ll be the go-to person for capturing the essence of our rooftop destination – from behind-the-scenes kitchen moments to high-energy events – and turning them into scroll-stopping content. While graphic design will still form part of your remit, it’s a supporting function to your primary role: making exceptional, high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Social Media
    • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form video and photography for social, campaigns and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
    • Create dynamic UGC-style content and reels with a strong understanding of trends and transitions
    • Develop a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager
    • Write engaging, brand-appropriate captions and social copy
    • Publish and schedule posts, monitor performance and track analytics
    • Actively manage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments and interact with key audiences, influencers and partners
    • Liaise with our digital agency on paid social strategies to align organic and paid content
    • Capture real-time content at events, tastings and launches
  • Campaign & Brand Support
    • Assist with integrated campaigns, new menu launches, and PR stunts
    • Contribute trend-based ideas for content series, collabs and experiential marketing moments
    • Collaborate with departments across the business to deliver ad hoc content and creative
  • Website & Digital Content
    • Support regular updates of website visuals and content (event pages, imagery, menus, press)
    • Liaise with developers for minor updates and improvements
    • Ensure the website reflects current brand campaigns and key moments
  • Graphic Design & Visual Branding
    • Support with digital and print design tasks such as menus, social templates, posters, decks, and brand collateral
    • Help maintain visual consistency across channels using brand guidelines
    • Assist in the development of campaign concepts, brand activations and visual identities
    • Manage content files and the digital asset library
    • Oversee basic print production where required
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience in a content creation, digital or social-first role – ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
  • Strong shooting and editing skills (camera and phone) with a portfolio to match
  • Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), Lightroom and Photoshop, CapCut etc.
  • Basic graphic design skills in Illustrator or InDesign
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and their respective algorithms
  • Confident copywriter for short-form, catchy and on-brand captions
  • Understanding of how to adapt content for organic vs paid use
  • Organised, self-motivated and confident working independently and on the move
  • Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends to capture live content
  • Passionate about food, nightlife, music and premium hospitality
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience working with scheduling and reporting tools
  • Past experience managing freelance creatives or working in fast-paced content teams
