As a Sommelier at CÉ LA VI, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the dining and beverage experience for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the wine program, ensuring the highest standards of wine service, and working closely with both the restaurant team and management to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will also include additional responsibilities in wine education, cellar management, and collaboration with the culinary team.
- Lead Wine Service: Oversee and execute all aspects of wine service, including advising guests on wine selections, decanting, and pouring, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience.
- Wine Program Management: Take charge of the wine inventory, including ordering, tracking, stock rotation, and ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain the highest quality of the wine collection.

Requirements
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant, with a deep knowledge of wines, regions, varietals, and service techniques.
- Advanced Certification: Certification from a recognized sommelier program, such as the Court of Master Sommeliers or Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), is highly desirable.
