A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Work Allocation Project Manager to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of work allocation processes across its legal and fee earning teams. This role will focus on improving resource management, workforce planning, and the fair and efficient distribution of work to enhance utilisation, client service, and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading work allocation initiatives
- Engaging with senior stakeholders
- Analysing resource data and workflows
- Driving process improvements
- Supporting change management activities across multiple jurisdictions
The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience within a professional services or legal environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience of resource management, workforce planning, or work allocation programmes.
Contract Details:
- 6-month initial contract
- Outside IR35
- £550 per day
