We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with proven hands-on implementation experience across both Financial Planning and Workforce Planning.
This role will work closely with Finance, HR and Programme stakeholders to design, configure and deliver an integrated planning solution.
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Deliver Financial Planning and Workforce Planning solutions.
- Build and maintain planning models, assumptions, versions, dashboards and reports.
- Configure workforce planning, including headcount, hiring and compensation planning.
- Develop budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning models.
- Ensure alignment between Workday HCM, Finance and Adaptive Planning.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support testing, training, go-live and post-implementation optimisation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of both Financial Planning (FP&A) and Workforce Planning.
- Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models and reports.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across Finance, HR and IT teams.
Desirable
- Experience within a law firm or professional services organisation.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Workday Financial Management.
- Consultancy or system integrator background.
