Your duties will include:
- Coordinating our clients' international relocation cases endâtoâend.
- Acting as a key liaison between relocating employees, client HR, payroll, finance, shares administration and our service partners.
- Explaining and administering mobility policies clearly and accurately.
- Monitoring service delivery and escalating issues where necessary.
- Checking and approving supplier invoices in line with agreed services and budgets.
- Maintaining accurate case records and producing regular status reports.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service efficiency.
Skills and experience required:
- A meticulous, structured approach to working in an organised and systematic manner.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
