Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating our clients' international relocation cases end‐to‐end.
  • Acting as a key liaison between relocating employees, client HR, payroll, finance, shares administration and our service partners.
  • Explaining and administering mobility policies clearly and accurately.
  • Monitoring service delivery and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Checking and approving supplier invoices in line with agreed services and budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and producing regular status reports.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service efficiency.

Skills and experience required:

  • A meticulous, structured approach to working in an organised and systematic manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
