We are seeking a skilled Workday Talent Management Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimisation of our client's Workday platform. The role will focus on Talent Management functionality, with additional expertise in security and HCM highly desirable. Law firm experience is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent Management modules (Performance, Succession, Development, and related processes).
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
- Ensure Workday security configurations align with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and release management activities.
- Provide guidance and best practices on Workday HCM capabilities.
Qualifications Skills:
- Proven experience configuring Workday Talent Management.
- Experience in a law firm highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Workday security setup and administration.
- Workday HCM Core certification required; Workday Security certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
