We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Specialist to support the global implementation, configuration, and continuous enhancement of Workday’s Performance Management module within a top-tier international law firm.

System Requirements & Design

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for performance management in Workday.
  • Define and document functional and technical specifications for performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, continuous feedback, calibration, and talent assessments.
  • Partner with Workday implementation teams and third-party vendors to design and configure the performance management module to meet firm-wide and regional requirements.
  • Ensure the system design accommodates legal and cultural variations across jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC).

Workday Configuration & Testing

  • Support configuration activities including review templates, workflows, eligibility rules, security, and notifications within Workday.
  • Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management.
  • Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation.

Change Management & Support

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and support resources for HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and first line of support for Workday performance issues, collaborating with the HRIS and IT teams to resolve.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and effectiveness of performance processes.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with internal HR policies and external legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Support data governance and ensure data integrity related to performance records and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key liaison between the global HR function and IT regarding performance management systems.
  • Engage with legal professionals and leadership to tailor performance processes to practice group needs and strategic goals.
