The HR Transformation Consultant will lead strategic HR change initiatives across the organisation, partnering with senior leadership to define, design, and deliver future‑state HR operating models, processes, and digital solutions. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into HR capabilities that improve performance, employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives and HR leadership to define transformation roadmaps and strategic priorities.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR Target Operating Models, including organisational structure, governance, roles, and service delivery models.
- Assess current‑state HR processes, policies, and technologies to identify maturity, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Scope programme of work
- Deliver RFP processes for the technology and system integrator.
- Design and deploy scalable HR processes spanning talent acquisition, performance, learning, reward, employee relations, payroll, and workforce management.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on HRIS platforms, including Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors, to enable digital transformation.
- Manage transformation workstreams including process design, change management, communications, testing, and deployment.
- Develop HR policies, standards, frameworks, and controls aligned to regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, manage executive expectations, and facilitate decision‑making at senior levels.
- Lead business case development, benefits modelling, and success measurement.
- Oversee transition to business‑as‑usual, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Fully remote although travel to client site will be required occasionally. Competitive salary based on experience.
