Project Delivery
- Lead the full project lifecycle for HCM transformations and Payroll migrations (initiation through to go-live and hypercare)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and governance structures
- Ensure adherence to agreed methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery)
- Portfolio manage multiple payroll migration projects
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and change control
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
- Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party payroll providers
- Chair project boards, steering groups, and working sessions
- Provide clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, and financials
Functional
- Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
- Oversee design, build, testing, data migration, and cutover activities
- Support business readiness, training, and change activities
- Manage project manager RFP processes
Risk, Quality & Assurance
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, compliance, and operational risks
- Ensure testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs) are planned and executed rigorously
- Drive high standards of documentation and auditability
- Manage go-live readiness and post-implementation support
