We are seeking an experienced Compensation Expert to lead and manage the Korn Ferry Job Evaluation framework across our organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our job architecture, grading, and compensation structures are aligned with business goals and industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Korn Ferry Job Evaluation methodology and tools across all job families.
- Lead the evaluation, leveling, and benchmarking of roles using the Korn Ferry framework.
- Manage the Korn Ferry data inside of SAP Successfactors.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and reward teams to ensure consistent application of evaluation criteria.
- Provide training and guidance on Korn Ferry methodology to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market data and internal equity to support fair and competitive compensation decisions.
- Contribute to the development of compensation structures, job families, and pay frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the Korn Ferry Job Evaluation methodology and tools.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, job architecture, and organizational design.
- Experience in job leveling, role profiling, and market benchmarking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or with a relevant HR/Compensation qualification.
Preferred:
- Experience in a complex or multi-sector environment.
- Familiarity with broader reward frameworks and tools.
