CDW is seeking a 2nd Line Support specialist in the United Kingdom to resolve complex technical issues and keep customers running across our networked platforms.
You will work with 3rd line resolver teams, perform diagnostics, coordinate with vendors, and participate in a 12-hour night shift rota (8pm–8pm) with 4 days on and 4 off. A strong Networking background is essential and cloud experience with Azure/AWS is desirable.
