Role Description:

Support the planning, upgrade, management, and optimization of the Windows 10 (and future) operating system estate. These specialists will work closely with deployment teams, service operations, and enterprise architects to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant desktop infrastructure.

Applicants must hold active UK Security Clearance (SC)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Accountable for annual Windows 10 OS feature/version upgrade cycles
  • Implementation and support of WaaS (Windows-as-a-Service)
  • Deep understanding of new Windows 10 build features
  • End-to-end change control: solutioning, risk management, escalation handling
  • E3 Level Skills in: Windows Imaging, SCCM, PowerShell, and MDT
  • MDT image creation, driver/MS patch updates
  • GPO change investigation and AD group policy updates
  • SCCM Packaging and Deployment
  • Auto-enrolment and Windows compliance policy support
  • Enterprise provisioning, lifecycle and asset management
  • 2nd/3rd line incident resolution
  • Raise Changes and attend CAB meetings
  • Collaboration with deployment specialists and continual improvement focus
