Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Conformance Controller to join our warehouse-based operations team. In this role, you’ll be resolving inbound delivery issues — whether it’s a short shipment, damaged goods, or recurring supplier errors. Working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, you’ll investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions and help drive long-term improvements in service and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate delivery issues by reviewing order data, system records, and delivery documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to agree outcomes — from replacements or credits to service-level improvements.
  • Use root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and suggest practical solutions.
  • Track and report supplier performance using systems including Navision, GoRamp, and Excel.
  • Support monthly reporting and prepare supplier performance data for reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and supplier teams to reduce delivery issues and improve inbound service standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to suggest improvements and follow up on actions.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and see tasks through to completion.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Confident using systems and handling data — especially Excel, Outlook, and ERP tools such as Navision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with supplier portals or scheduling systems (e.g. GoRamp).
  • Understanding of warehouse processes and inbound logistics.
