ROLE PURPOSE
This team leader role oversees daily operations of partner and marketing operations executives, ensuring timely processing of partner income (e.g. rebates, referral fees, MDF, funded heads, strategic investments). Responsibilities include forecasting, accruals, claims, invoicing, and reconciliation, as well as managing certification and marketing costs to support accurate reporting and P&L impact. The role liaises across departments including partner management, marketing, accounting, and payables to drive efficiency and reduce commercial risk. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, with a preference for financial and analytical skills.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations of income and cost processing
- Ensure timely claims, accruals, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Act as escalation point for income and supplier issues
- Liaise with finance on P&L accuracy and balance sheet reviews
- Support audits, reporting, and automation projects
- Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Team leadership experience
- Strong Excel and financial/documentation skills
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Desirable:
- Bookkeeping or finance background
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint
