  • Meet assigned targets for revenue growth, profitability, and strategic KPIs.
  • Manage and nurture existing Lenovo relationships while establishing new, senior-level connections within Lenovo account teams.
  • Own and manage the Lenovo sales pipeline, proactively engaging CDW sales teams to progress opportunities through to close.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and attach opportunities across hardware, services, and options in line with the Lenovo business plan.
  • Execute the business plan against defined milestones, including services and options attach rates.
  • Promote and operationalise all relevant Lenovo programs, incentives, and promotions to maximise sales impact and margin.
  • Own and drive leads generated through joint CDW and Lenovo marketing campaigns, ensuring conversion to closed business.
  • Maintain and manage all required Lenovo certifications and accreditations.
  • Enable and support sales teams through training, guidance, and consistent partner messaging.

What We Expect of You

  • Experience developing and executing strategic business and go-to-market plans.
  • Confident managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance against targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across internal sales teams and external vendor stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a natural “hunter” mindset.
  • Comfortable leading discussions at all levels, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to identifying new opportunities, markets, and growth areas.
