Key responsibilities:

Tenant Administration:

  • Create and manage users
  • Create and manage groups in M365 for distribution list, security groups or shared mailbox
  • Manage global settings for applications like email, sites, and the Office suite
  • Manage and define password policy for users and expiration date
  • Manage organization profile and release preferences
  • Control the access levels of users depending on who can access Microsoft 365 admin centre
  • Management of Enterprise licenses in terms of availability monitoring

Microsoft OneDrive For Business

  • Administrators should also have insight into volume of content is being stored in the tenant by users
  • Analysing and understanding existing permission and meeting the compliance as per SZC Organization policy
  • Working with end users for OneDrive sync client management
  • OneDrive internal and external access management and enablement, access delegation etc.

Exchange Online Services

  • Create and manage recipients, mailboxes, mailbox access, mailbox size, mail archival & features
  • Distribution lists, and Security group management via O365 admin portal
  • Microsoft Outlook related issues for desktop, web and mobile clients

SharePoint Online Services

  • Managing SharePoint tenant configuration and settings
  • Manage all SharePoint Online sites for Creation, deletion and resolve L2 Issues
  • Restoring deleted sites / site collections
  • Moving/copying sites, contents in libraries and lists
  • Creation of new Site Collections, Sites, Lists and Libraries
  • Trouble shooting OOTB and existing features and End user Query Resolution
