Position: IT Infrastructure Project Manager – EMEA Working Location: Warrington. (Onsite Mon to Friday) Role Type: FTC – 5/6 months Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically astute IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and drive infrastructure initiatives across our organization. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, asking the right questions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end infrastructure projects—ranging from data center migrations and network upgrades to cloud transitions and hardware rollouts—while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and adjust as needed. Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners. Ensure infrastructure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery. Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned. Provide an overview of the status of the project, including key milestones achieved, any deviations from the original plan, and the overall health of the project.
