What You Will Do
- Act as the go-to expert on Cisco CCW and PXP, managing deal registrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Deliver accurate reporting and data insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and new business opportunities.
- Stay up to date on Cisco tool changes and enhancements, cascading updates and providing training for colleagues and new starters.
- Build strong internal and external relationships with Cisco, partner managers, and sales teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance CDW’s reputation as a trusted advisor.
- Support the growth of the Cisco Business Unit by maximising deal registrations, tracking year-on-year improvements, and driving operational excellence.
- Contribute to competitive research and analysis, helping to refine offerings and strengthen CDW’s market positioning.
- Develop trusted partnerships across business units to create a consistent customer and coworker experience.
What We Expect From You
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco CCW (essential) and familiarity with PXP and other Cisco tools.
- Proven experience managing complex deal registrations and resolving system/tool issues.
- Strong data skills – able to extract, manipulate, and present insights to support forecasting, reporting, and business growth.
