CDS Labour are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to work in our Wisbech branch, Cambridgeshire. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for our temporary workers.
Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining recruitment levels to ensure daily order requirements have been filled.
- Working alongside our service to ensure the orders and transport plans are correctly created.
- Scheduling rotas for our temporary workers (shift timings, location, PPE etc.) and providing guidance and support to the workers.
- Onsite duties at customer locations to deal with customer issues, confirm workers are on shift and other onsite elements.
Due to the nature of the role, a driving license is required and previous experience in a recruitment role is preferred.

Basic salary for this role is £600 per week with an additional generous commission structure, ensuring that hard work is directly rewarded. Due to the exciting nature of the business, progression and development opportunities are always being created. Weekly pay along with potential additional earnings as well as a company vehicle and fuel card.
