Do you want to be a Branch Manager for a thriving recruitment business? Based in Spalding, we are looking for someone to grow in our existing branch. Sound good? Then we have a brilliant opportunity for you.

Working with an existing client base as well as generating new business, you will be building a successful branch with our help. A combination of industrial and factory temporary and permanent recruitment as well as other white collar workers. You will need experience in recruitment and will be ready to make that next step in your career, leading and inspiring your team to thrive and grow. Driving sales through business development, sourcing jobs, candidates and managing compliance along the way. Compliance and structure is essential to us but don't worry we have support built in so that you don't get caught in admin. As you grow, we'll help you expand your team, giving you the support and assistance you need to thrive. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage a motivated sales team, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.
