Are you an experienced and proactive Senior HSE Advisor? This is a senior position responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across marine and engineering teams.

You will be working with internal employees as well as suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and promote a strong HSE culture across marine security and engineering operations.
  • Provide expert advice on all HSE matters to management and site teams and ensure compliance with UK legislation, industry standards and client requirements.
  • Develop, implement and review HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks and continuous improvement initiatives whilst liaising with regulatory bodies, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist the tendering process with HSE support and documentation.
  • Monitor environmental impact and support sustainability initiatives.
  • Plan, conduct, manage and report on audits, safety observations, compliance and continuous improvements.
