This role has arisen due to company growth. It’s a varied position with no two days being the same. Managing a team of around 10, you will be responsible for the overall team and office management.

  • Assisting with training and induction
  • Recruitment of new staff
  • Managing staff shifts
  • Ensure team are customer focused
  • Internal and external audits
  • Continuously develop and advance our office and administrative systems
  • Manage hospitality for customers and prepare the office for customer meetings
  • Site H&S
  • Liaise directly with customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls and PA to the company directors
  • Creating and reporting to management
  • Getting new staff up and running on internal systems
  • Trouble shooting internal IT issues
  • Facilitating excellent communications across multi branches

You will be:

  • Experienced in leading or managing a team
  • Able and willing to implement new ideas
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent all rounder when it comes to computer literacy
  • Exceptional team player
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Organised
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure

As well as a great salary there is also free parking at the office. You will require a full UK driving license and right to work.

This is a full time permanent position working Mon-Fri.
