Are you an experienced and proactive Senior HSE Advisor? This is a senior position responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across marine and engineering teams. You’ll be part of the regional HS&E team, improving and maintaining robust HS&E standards, maintaining best practice, and delivering legal compliance. You will be supporting the delivery of continuous improvement programs across the group as well as within your region.

Working closely with operational teams, leadership, and clients to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. We require each and every employee to go home safely after every day. The environmental aspect of this vacancy will be collaborating with specialists to support broader objectives.

  • Recognised health and safety qualification (Bsc. NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ or equivalent)
  • 5 years post-qualification / relevant experience
  • Highly motivated and able to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience of developing, managing and maintaining effective safety management systems / programmes
  • Effective communication skills; written and oral with ability to manage site-level relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems
  • Understanding of behavioural safety concepts
