Mushroom Harvesters Required
Location: Yourk, YO43
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (rota provided by the client). Weekend working required as part of the rota.
About the Role: We are looking for reliable and hardworking Mushroom Harvesters to join a busy, fast-paced food production team. Full training will be provided, including how to harvest mushrooms to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Harvest mushrooms by hand
- Pick, weigh, and grade mushrooms
- Maintain high quality standards
- Work safely at height using a mobile lifting platform
- Support production in a chilled environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous food production or food handling experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Light, nimble, and comfortable working at height
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a positive attitude
