Location: Oldham, OL3
Job Description:
- Meet and greet customers
- Take orders from customers
- Serve and assist in the preparation of a full breakfast, lunch and evening dinner menu, including eat in and take away
- Ensure all orders are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean kitchen area and restaurant area, including equipment, utensils and all work surfaces and tables
- Manage all stock levels of ingredients for each service
Key Skills:
- Proven excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Previous chef experience is highly desirable; any experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment will be considered for this busy role
Hours of Work: Monday to Sunday, 10.00am to 9.00pm, a staff rota and cover schedule will be discussed at interview; however, you will be working 5 out of 7 days.
Starting Salary: £14.50 per hour to £15.50 per hour depending on experience.
