About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Laundry General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced commercial laundry operation based at Heathfield Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an active environment and can maintain high standards of attention to detail while working around industrial laundry machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the laundry operation.
  • Loading, unloading, sorting, and processing laundry items.
  • Carrying out general lifting and moving of laundry products.
  • Monitoring laundry machinery and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to work in a busy and physically active environment.
