CDS Labour are recruiting experienced Industrial Cleaners to join a well-established commercial cleaning company based in Mansfield. You will work across completed construction sites, carrying out final builders cleans and detailed sparkle cleans before buildings are handed over to clients.
The Role
- Completing final builders cleans on newly constructed or refurbished buildings
- Carrying out detailed sparkle cleans before project handover
- Removing dust, debris, labels and construction residue
- Cleaning floors, windows, doors, walls, fixtures and fittings
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas
- Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely
- Ensuring each area meets the required presentation standard
- Following site-specific health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Travelling to different construction sites as required
Requirements
- At least six months of industrial, commercial or construction-site cleaning experience
- Ideally one year or more of relevant cleaning experience
- A valid Green CSCS Labourer Card
- Your own transport due to varying site locations and working hours
- Good spoken English
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Safety boots, a high-visibility vest and suitable work clothing
