Location: Roche, Cornwall (PL26) CDS Labour are recruiting a Retail Production Supervisor for an established seafood processing business in Roche. This is a hands-on role leading a production team to deliver the daily plan safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Youll work closely with the Production Manager, keeping the line running efficiently, supporting your team and resolving issues as they arise. Your responsibilities Lead and motivate the team throughout the shift Plan staffing and work ahead to keep production on schedule Monitor product quality and take action when standards are not met Ensure the team follows health and safety, food hygiene, GMP and PPE procedures Maintain accurate production and traceability records Reduce waste and support efficient use of labour and materials Communicate shift updates, equipment issues and staffing concerns to the Production Manager Keep the production area ready for internal and external audits Coach team members and support training and continuous improvement What were looking for Experience supervising a production team, ideally in food manufacturing A practical, organised approach to solving problems Confidence managing team performance and communicating across shifts Good spoken and written English A strong focus on safety, quality and meeting production targets Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Potential to earn more after probation period Work Location: In person
