This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a company renowned for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties. Complete a variety of building fabric repairs and minor works. Undertake general multi-trade maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Complete job reports and documentation accurately. Provide excellent customer service while working across multiple client sites.
