Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Location: Carlisle, CA6 Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour Contract: 12-week Temporary to Permanent About the Role CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a leading provider of premium maintenance and minor works services across Northern England and Southern Scotland . This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a company renowned for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties. Complete a variety of building fabric repairs and minor works. Undertake general multi-trade maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Complete job reports and documentation accurately. Provide excellent customer service while working across multiple client sites. About the Company Our client provides premium maintenance and building fabric support services, alongside minor works projects, for some of the UK's leading commercial organisations. What We're Looking For Experience in a multi-skilled trade or general maintenance role. Competence across a range of maintenance tasks, including building fabric repairs. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
