Join a Growing Food Production TeamWe are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established seafood processing facility in Roche, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for long-term work, with immediate starts and the potential for permanent employment. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential. Duties Include:
- Loading seafood onto the production line
- Packing products into trays with ice
- Assisting with production line operations
- Manual handling and lifting throughout the shift
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Working in a chilled production environment
There are also opportunities to receive training in specialist processing tasks for candidates who demonstrate a good work ethic and willingness to learn. What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Able to undertake manual handling duties
- Some English preferred, although a multilingual workforce is welcomed
- Previous food production or knife experience is beneficial but not required
