About the Role

The JN Group is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16-17 years. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support that empowers young people to develop independence, life skills, and confidence as they transition into adulthood.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the service, ensuring full compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the supported accommodation service.
  • Ensure compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations, Ofsted standards, and organisational policies.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of young people at all times.
  • Develop, implement, and review support plans, risk assessments, and pathway plans.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment.
