About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Laundry Delivery Driver to join a busy and fast-paced commercial laundry operation. This role combines delivery driving with manual handling duties and requires a reliable, hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and collecting laundry from customer locations.
  • Loading and unloading laundry bags and containers safely.
  • Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed on time and professionally.
  • Supporting the laundry operation when required.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

Manual Handling Requirements

This is a physically active role involving regular lifting and moving of laundry bags. Examples include:

  • Single collections or deliveries of up to 200 laundry bags weighing approximately 10-15kg each.
  • Multiple daily delivery routes involving smaller quantities at various customer locations.
