Job Description:
- Meet and greet customers
- Take orders from customers
- Serve a variety of coffees, teas, cakes and sandwiches
- Ensure all orders are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean kitchen area and restaurant area, including equipment, utensils and all work surfaces and tables
- Manage all stock levels of cakes, coffees and teas
Key Skills:
- Proven excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Previous restaurant or coffee shop experience is highly desirable
