CDS Labour are recruiting an experienced Joiner to work for a specialist campervan conversion company based in Bentley, Doncaster.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your joinery skills in a varied role, building and installing bespoke cabinets in new-build campervans.
The Role
Working under the guidance of the Head Joiner, your duties will include:
- Building cabinets and storage units for campervans
- Installing completed cabinets into new-build campervans
- Measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling materials
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Operating jigsaws, routers, drills and impact drivers
- Following designs and measurements accurately
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe
Requirements
- Previous joinery or carpentry experience is essential
- Experience in cabinet making, furniture assembly, kitchen fitting or vehicle conversions would be beneficial
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work under the direction of the Head Joiner
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Good level of English
- Driving licence required
