General Operative Early Morning Shift
Location: Butterwick, near Boston, Lincolnshire
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 2:00am10:00am
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Start: ASAP
CDS Labour are recruiting three General Operatives for a well-established agricultural business based near Boston.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position involving the movement of cages, boxes and bags of feed weighing over 25kg. Due to the early start time and rural location, your own transport is essential.
Main duties
- Manually handling cages, boxes and animal feed
- Regularly lifting and moving items weighing over 25kg
- Supporting the team with general site duties
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following all site procedures and instructions
- Completing other physical tasks as required
What we are looking for
- Comfortable completing repetitive and physically demanding work
- Able to safely lift and handle loads exceeding 25kg
- Reliable and punctual for a 2:00am start
- Good understanding of spoken English
- Own transport due to the location and working hours
- Safety boots are required; xgikmsk remaining PPE will be provided
