The Role of Production Team Leader:
- Coordinating the carrot wash line workflow to meet customer orders
- Becoming proficient in the camera grading system
- Planning and prioritising workloads to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Resolve issues quickly to minimise production disruption
- Managing stock levels and materials
- Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed
- Keeping all paperwork accurate and up to date
- Maintaining Health & Safety compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Leading and supporting team members to achieve production targets
What we need from you:
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
