Landscape Operative We are currently recruiting for an experienced Landscape Operative to join a busy and growing team.This role would suit someone with a strong practical background who enjoys working outdoors and has experience across both soft and hard landscaping.Key Responsibilities Tree and hedge plantingGeneral soft landscaping and planting dutiesBasic hard landscapingGround preparation and maintenanceOperating small machinery, including tractors and mini diggers/excavatorsWorking as part of a team to complete landscaping projectsCarrying out general outdoor and practical duties as requiredWorking safely in a variety of weather conditionsRequirements Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, agriculture or a similar practical environmentExperience with tree and hedge plantingSome hard landscaping experienceGood all-round practical and manual skillsExperience operating machinery such as tractors, mini diggers or excavatorsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a teamA full UK driving licence would be advantageousPrevious experience in farming or other outdoor practical work would also be considered.Pay & Hours £13.00 £15.50 per hour , depending on experienceMonday FridayOccasional Saturday work may be required depending on company requirements.If you are an experienced, practical and hardworking individual looking for a varied outdoor role, we would be interested in hearing from youTPBN1_UKTJ
