The Role of Recruitment Coordinator:
- Manage the coordination of temporary workers to support our client’s needs.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment operations.
- Source, recruit, and onboard temporary workers.
- Maintain staffing levels to ensure all bookings and workforce demands are fulfilled.
- Coordinate worker schedules, shift allocations, and transport arrangements.
- Prepare and manage daily rotas, including shift times, locations, and PPE requirements.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and welfare checks to temporary workers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
- Attend client sites to monitor attendance, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment, planning, and transport functions operate effectively.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records to ensure compliance and employment legislation are met at all times.
