Immediate Starts Available CDS Labour are currently looking for picker packers to join a very busy production line production facility in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking ongoing, full-time employment. The Role of Picker Packer, your responsibilities will include: Packing fresh food products into trays accurately and efficiently Working as part of a busy production team to meet daily targets Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and food safety Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, punctual and committed to their work Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working as part of a team Experienced in manual work, production or a similar role Ideally experienced within food production Able to communicate effectively in basic English Available for ongoing work Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
