Are you an experienced Registered Children s Home Manager looking for the opportunity to build something new and exciting from the ground up? Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience working within residential childcare? If you have answered yes to the above we want to hear from you!

CDS Labour are currently working alongside a brand-new children s home who are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational individual to become the founding Registered Manager of our beautifully furnished brand-new 4/5-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children s home based in Coventry/Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, values, and success of a new service from registration through to the opening and beyond.

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive and achieve positive outcomes. As part of a successful and expanding residential childcare organisation, you will be fully supported by an experienced team of staff who are all committed to providing hands-on guidance throughout the registration process and operational journey.
