CDS Labour are currently looking for an experienced Pump Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering quality workmanship, and building strong relationships with customers.
As a Multi-Skilled Pump Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and fault finding of a wide range of pumping equipment across industrial, commercial and domestic environments. No two days are the same in this role; one day you could be commissioning a new booster set in a commercial building, the next diagnosing a fault at a sewage pumping station or carrying out planned maintenance on critical pumping systems.

The Role:
- Install, service and repair pumping systems and associated equipment
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions on-site
- Test, inspect and commission equipment to ensure full operational performance
- Complete electronic job reports accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and equipment when required
- Participate in the out of hours on call rota
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and workmanship at all times
What we need from you:
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Good communication skills

- Sewage & Drainage Pumping Stations
- HVAC Pumping Equipment
