About the Role
As a Production Line Operative, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position after the initial temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production line equipment.
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch.
- Assisting with machine operation and production processes.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors.
- Supporting team members to achieve daily production targets.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
