Duties & Responsibilities
- Packing fresh prawns to customer specifications.
- Sorting and grading seafood products.
- Weighing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and quality.
- Working efficiently on a production line to meet daily targets.
- Keeping workstations clean and following food safety procedures.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
