The Role

CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting Prawn Packing Operatives to join a busy seafood processing facility based in Fraserburgh (AB43). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Packing fresh prawns to customer specifications.
  • Sorting and grading seafood products.
  • Weighing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and quality.
  • Working efficiently on a production line to meet daily targets.
  • Keeping workstations clean and following food safety procedures.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure production deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

  • Previous food production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a chilled environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Flexible to work Monday to Sunday as required.
