Potato Packing Operatives
to join a busy agricultural packhouse near East Stockwith. This is a practical, hands-on position involving the picking, packing, bagging and grading of potatoes. It is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates looking for immediate work, with the possibility of the assignment continuing beyond the initial three weeks. Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing potatoes Bagging produce according to customer requirements Grading and sorting potatoes by size and quality Removing damaged or unsuitable products Checking packed products for accuracy and quality Preparing completed orders for storage or dispatch Keeping the packhouse clean, safe and organised Following all hygiene and health and safety procedures Completing other general packhouse duties when required About You
We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, punctual and hardworking Comfortable with repetitive and physically active work Able to stand for extended periods Capable of working efficiently in a busy packhouse Able to maintain good attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Available to start immediately Able to travel to the workplace using their own transport Previous experience in
farm work, vegetable packing, food production, grading or warehouse work
would be beneficial but is not essential. An on-site induction will be provided. PPE Required
