As Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures.

The Role:
- Process payroll accurately using systems such as Workday, QuickBooks, HRIS, or PeopleSoft
- Enter and maintain employee hours, deductions, benefits, and payroll records
- Manage payroll payments, adjustments, and statutory deductions
- Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies
- Produce payroll reports for management, finance teams, and audits
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, tax, pension, and employment legislation
- Support payroll-related administration and collaborate with HR and Finance teams
