About the Role
CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a leading provider of premium maintenance and minor works services across Northern England and Southern Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a company renowned for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
- Complete a variety of building fabric repairs and minor works.
- Undertake general multi-trade maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service while working across multiple client sites.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a multi-skilled trade or general maintenance role.
- Competence across a range of maintenance tasks, including building fabric repairs.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- A strong commitment to health and safety and delivering high-quality workmanship.
