Overview: CDS Labour are recruiting Wood Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in the Sutton on Trent area. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment, ideal for candidates with assembly, production, or warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling wooden products using hand tools and nail guns
- Operating power tools and basic machinery
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Handling materials and assisting with heavy lifting
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
