Location: East Stockwith, near Gainsborough (DN21) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: 07:30–16:30 Contract: Temporary ( Potentially long term) Start Date: ASAP CDS Labour are recruiting reliable Potato Packing Operatives to join a busy agricultural packhouse near East Stockwith. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation and packing of potatoes. It is ideal for dependable candidates looking for immediate daytime work, with the possibility of the assignment being extended. Your Duties Picking and packing potatoes Bagging produce according to order requirements Grading and sorting potatoes by size and quality Removing damaged or unsuitable produce Checking packed products for quality and accuracy Preparing completed orders for storage or dispatch Keeping the packhouse clean, safe and organised Following hygiene and health and safety procedures Completing other general packhouse duties as required About You We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, punctual and hardworking Comfortable with repetitive and physically active work Able to stand for extended periods Capable of working efficiently in a busy packhouse Able to maintain good attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Available to start immediately Able to travel to the workplace using their own transport Previous experience in farm work, food production, vegetable grading, packing or warehouse work would be beneficial, but it is not essential. An on-site induction will be provided.
